Golden Forge is a mission-first 501(c)(3) nonprofit built for those who serve—veterans, active-duty military, and frontline professionals.

We serve by creating a high-altitude sanctuary in the pines for the nervous system to reset, operating on the conviction that transformation isn’t forced—it’s forged through intentional preparation and the right conditions.

At 8,600 feet, the land does the initial work. The quiet of the remote Rocky Mountains allows the system to downshift and the internal noise to fade. As the fog clears, we engage in intentional movement—building the strength, mobility, and endurance required to ground the body and sharpen the mind.

The ranch is our container: a grounded ecosystem of simple living and shared responsibility. The work is reconnection—to the body, to a renewed sense of community, and to a greater purpose. Golden Forge is more than a place; it’s a culture designed to hold these conditions long enough for a lasting shift to take root—and carry far beyond the mountain.

Golden Forge Ranch is the physical heart of our mission—a working 163-acre landscape set at 8,600 feet in Guffey, Colorado. This raw and restorative terrain is more than a destination; it is a proving ground and a sanctuary where our work comes to life.

Here, we are pioneering a model that integrates intentional movement, land-based healing, and the power of the tribe. The ranch serves as the essential container—a place where high-stakes professionals can find the footing required to rebuild their lives and launch back into their purpose with clarity.

We hosted a few active-duty service members today — miles on the land, focused training, learning from each other, and the kind of joy that shows up when people are in their element. We ended the day with burgers on the grill and stories by the fire. Connection + competence = medicine. This is the work we’re building at Golden Forge.

PHASE 1: LAUNCH + MOMENTUM (IN PROGRESS)

Establish core infrastructure and activate mission delivery.
